The industry is heavily regulated by government and bears much of the burden of the well being of the contract workers. The industry welcomes the expertise of other service providers to upgrade its services to compete in the global market.

And in these negative situations much of the blame is often pointed to the agency. Abizo Plus thru the Welfare Reporting Manager (WRM) provides a new level of care to every contract worker they deploy. The WRS allows the contract worker to directly report to the agency their working conditions – positive or negative – the agency can now gather these data and be on top of any incident involving the contract worker they deployed. The Abizo Plus Activity Insight Manager (AIM) provides the agency an analytics capability that will now present these data in an organized manner. The AIM will make it much easier to provide the required reports to POEA and OWWA. The Abizo Plus gives the agency a tool to showcase its achievement not just to government & the media, but including to its Foreign Recruitment Agency (FRAs) partners and employers. Abizo Plus is a tool for the Service Exporting Agency ushering them into the digital age.

ABIZO PLUS Service Exporting Industry Monitoring Module features
DEPLOYMENT LOCATION MAP (DLM) – The Abizo Plus Deployment Map gives the agency a visual Geographic Information System of the locations of each contract worker they have deployed. The Abizo DLM provides a useful tool for the agency in monitoring the place of assignment of their deployed contract workers to ensure that these contract workers are where their contract states them to be.
WELFARE REPORTING MANAGER (WRM) – The Abizo Plus (WRM) gives the agency the facility to directly receive reports from their deployed contract workers from anywhere in the world. The WRM gives the benefit of having a factual and timely basis of reporting violations of contract agreement of the contract workers that the agency can immediately act to resolve with the appropriate parties.
INSTANT MESSAGING CHAT (IMC) – The Abizo Plus IMC provides the agency a means to initiate a one-to-one chat session with a contract worker who sent a report via WRM. IMC helps the agency achieve two objectives. It gives the agency a faster channel to seek clarification about the report from the contract worker and the contract worker, on the other hand, is assured that the report has been acknowledged by the agency.
ACTIVITY INSIGHT MANAGER (AIM) – The Abizo Plus AIM provides the agency an analytics capability that organizes and presents data with enough insight into the future that actions that should be taken become clearer for decision makers. Report count, report source map view, member demographic, and a view of the latest incident reports received are included in the AIM.
